HEB Construction is an award-winning civil construction and major infrastructure company. The challenge: Manual and paper-based processes an inconvenience for all 

HEB Construction, like so many companies, faced an array of challenges around the amount of time and paperwork their recruiting processes required. "For reference checks, we were using the phone and then manually typing in referee's responses," says HR Coordinator Sophie Morin. "For MOJ, ACC and NZTA checks, we were sending the paper forms to the candidate, who would then print them, fill them out, scan them, send them back. An external provider would take care of submitting the MOJ checks for us."

Sophie goes on to say that not only was the process a long and complex one, but it often inconvenienced candidates if they had to come into the office to fill out paperwork.
