How much does ongoing compliance monitoring cost?
Safeguard is priced based on what you’re monitoring and at what scale, rather than a flat per-seat fee. Custom packages are available depending on what you need to track: visa status, work rights, licences, certifications, AML and sanctions, or scheduled re-screenings. Most organisations bundle Safeguard with pre-employment screening, so the same candidate data flows straight into ongoing monitoring without re-entering anything. No surprise charges, pricing scales with your workforce size and check frequency.
What does Safeguard actually monitor?
Safeguard runs continuous monitoring on visa status, work rights, professional licences, industry certifications, and global AML and sanctions watch lists. It also handles scheduled compliance tasks like policy sign-offs, declarations, and re-screening renewals on criminal history checks for higher-risk roles. Real-time alerts fire when anything changes, so you’re not waiting for the next manual audit to find out something’s slipped.
How does the alert system work?
Alerts trigger in real time when an employee’s visa expires, work rights change, a licence lapses, or a sanctions match comes back. Each alert shows what changed, who’s affected, and the recommended next step. Everything routes through the compliance dashboard for one-place visibility across your workforce.
How often does re-screening happen?
You set the schedule. Most organisations run criminal history renewals every 12 months for higher-risk roles. AML and sanctions checks usually run quarterly or monthly, while visa and work rights monitoring stays on continuously in the background. What happens if a visa is about to expire?
